The problems we hear
Nothing talks to anything else. Customers sit in one tool, invoices in another and stock in a spreadsheet. Someone reconciles them by hand every month.
The big systems cost too much to adopt. Enterprise ERP projects can take more than a year, need outside consultants, and ask you to rebuild your processes around the software.
AI is bolted on. Most business software adds a chatbot. It answers questions about your data, but it doesn't help you do the work.
You can't see your cash until the books close. By the time you know where you stood, it's weeks later.
What ESS is designed to do
- Start from what you have. ESS is designed to connect to the accounting system you already use and read it first. It explains your receivables, overdue invoices and cash position before it ever changes anything.
- Grow in modules. Start with invoicing and customers. Add inventory and financials when you're ready.
- Reason about your data. The AI is designed to spot mismatches and anomalies, such as an invoice that doesn't match its order, and to propose a correction.
- Keep a person in charge. Every change the AI suggests is shown as a plain before-and-after that a named person approves. Nothing is written without that approval.
- Leave a record you own. Every action is written to an append-only log that stays with you.
ESS is being built now, and these are design goals rather than shipping features. The demo will show you how far along it is.
